How do I download an icon?
Open the icon page and hit the download button to save it as SVG or PNG. No sign-up or login is required, and there is no download limit.
Should I pick SVG or PNG?
SVG is a vector format that stays sharp at any size — best for websites and design tools like Illustrator or Figma. PNG is a plain image, handy for pasting straight into Word, PowerPoint, Canva or video editors. If in doubt: SVG for print or large use, PNG for quick everyday use.
Can I change the colors?
Yes. Every icon page has a color tool — set the ink (line) color and the accent color, then download the result as SVG or PNG. See how to recolor icons for details.
What PNG sizes are available?
Two sizes: 512px and 1024px. Open "Download original colors" on any icon page to choose. For slides or video thumbnails, 1024px is the safer pick.
Do the icons work in PowerPoint or Canva?
Yes. The simplest route is downloading the PNG and inserting it directly. Recent versions of PowerPoint also accept SVG, which keeps edges crisp at any size, and Canva supports SVG uploads too.
Where can I check the license?
All icons are free for personal and commercial use with no attribution required. Full terms, including what is not allowed (such as redistributing the icons themselves), are on the license page.
Can I request an icon?
Yes — send a short note through the request form. No name or email needed. We cannot promise every request, but music and live-gear topics get priority.
Will more icons be added?
Yes. We keep adding icons, focusing on the niche gear and small items that are hard to find elsewhere. New icons appear in the "New icons" section on the home page.
