All icons on Iconote can be used for free under the terms below. By downloading, you agree to this license.

You can

• Use them for personal and commercial projects for free, with no limit on the number of icons.
• Use them without attribution (credit is welcome but not required).
• Change colors and sizes, and edit the icons freely.
• Use them on websites and blogs, print (flyers, posters), video / YouTube / streaming, social media, apps and games, slides and documents, in-store displays, and more.
• Sell or distribute end products (flyers, videos, merch, etc.) that incorporate the icons.

You cannot

• Redistribute, re-host or resell the icons themselves. This includes distributing or selling them — edited or not — as an icon set, pack or template.
• Sell products whose main value is the icons (icon packs, sticker packs, asset sets, etc.).
• Hotlink to the download files or present them as your own assets.
• Claim to be the author or copyright holder of the icons.
• Register an icon (as-is) as a trademark or design right in a way that restricts others.
• Use them for defamatory, rights-infringing, or against-public-order purposes.
• Use them in adult, violent, discriminatory, illegal or anti-social contexts.
• Use them in a way that implies Iconote or 株式会社takepoint endorses a product, service or opinion.

Note: using an edited icon as part of your own work (a flyer, video, app, etc.) is fine. What is prohibited is distributing or reselling the icons themselves.

Logos & trademarks

You may use an icon as part of a logo, but since the icons are shared with other users, you cannot register an icon as-is as an exclusive trademark or design right. If you use one in a trademark, edit it substantially to make it distinctive.
